When it comes to eye liner, the product is as unique and universal, as the woman (and sometimes man) who wears it. Everything from it's color to it's actual ability to enhance your eye features and create a huge about dopamine, as a result. I don't know about you, but eye liner totally rocks.
As there are so many different types of eye liner, a liner that is making many waves is gel liner. This amazing product goes on as a clear gel and dries quickly to a smooth, color finish. The colors are pigmented and very long-lasting. All you have to do is just apply it with a liner brush and because it is very easy to use, gel liner allows you to achieve any desired look.
